PLACING AN ORDER

  • An item is showing as in stock, is it really?

    Yes it is! We are very honest about stock levels. If an item is showing as in stock, it truly is. We want to provide our customers with the best service possible and therefore stock products in depth.  If for any reason we are out of stock, the item will show as available to order and an estimated time frame for delivery is shown ie 7 days. These are estimates based on usual delivery times from our suppliers. Sometimes they are faster but please assume it will be the time shown. In very exceptional circumstances, delay in production or perhaps a hold up at customs, your item may take a few days longer than estimated. If we are advised of any major delay we will advise you as soon as we know and offer an alternative if appropriate. This is very unusual however and generally your order will be with you in the advised time.

        

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    We ship every working day. If the items ordered are showing as in stock, they will be packed and sent to you within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We send orders by DPD Next Day or  first class Royal Mail  recorded delivery  to most destinations in the UK you will then receive your parcel normally within 1-2 working days after posting.

     

  • What happens next?

    As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder. We dispatch orders which are in stock every working day.
